If you are not flexible enough, you may skip this exercise or do some Yoga exercises to make your body more flexible. 3. Circular Stretches By slowly rotating your head in a clockwise circular motion; gently for 15- 25 reps depending on your level of pain tolerance will relieve tension. Try holding your chin to your chest for about 5 seconds and bringing your head back to starting position. This will relieve the discomfort of joints and stiff muscles found in your neck. Things to Consider Performing Neck ExercisesWhen doing any of the neck exercises mention above make sure you perform each of them with caution.
